MakSol
Zero-Emission Cooking
The first solar-powered induction cooker made in Uganda.
With funding from the Government of Uganda, this clean cooking technology was
innovated and custom-tailored for homes, catering and learning institutions of sub-Saharan Africa.
This technology has expanded beyond the boundaries of its country of birth to enable families across sub-Saharan Africa to
rapidly prepare nutritious meals in the cleanest way there is: healthy for the home and to the environment at large.

Coldrooms
Solar-Powered Food Preservation.
Solar-powered cold rooms are temperature-controlled storage facilities that use solar energy to power refrigeration systems. They are especially vital in off-grid or rural areas where access to reliable electricity is limited or non-existent. Typically equipped with solar panels, battery storage, and energy-efficient refrigeration units, these systems maintain low temperatures for preserving perishable goods like fruits, vegetables, dairy, fish, and meat. solar-powered cold rooms are a climate-resilient and economically empowering solution for improving the efficiency and profitability of agricultural value chains in developing regions.
